Orders and Shipping
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.
You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the top of our website. Simply enter your email address and create a password to get started.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order status at any time.
No. Consofa does not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently ship to select countries. Available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
Depending on the size and availability of your items, your order may arrive in multiple packages and may be delivered at different times.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item received. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, our customer support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, or once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. Please sign up for product notifications or contact us to receive updates on restocks.
